Take a very long walk across town by yourself each week. Go on an unusual path connecting areas that don't naturally flow together. Travel a new path each time.
Write letters to your future self each year. Read the letters when you reach an age where there is a letter written to you for that year.
Solo travel. Plan a solo excursion. Spend time nurturing yourself and developing self-connection.
Sit for 20 minutes each day just noticing. Don't think too much, just notice
