Reaolve to get to 200 push-ups before bedtime. Break up sets throughout the day.
Install a pull-up bar on my patio
Lift heavy three days per week. Record all exercises. Create a widget that I can keep on display, showing my progress
Buy a kettlebell. Do a routine in the morning out on the patio.
Ride my bicycle to rowing practice
Break up my morning commute by talking a hoke through papago park, running up the amphitheater stairs
Make it a routine to take a walk after washing the dishes from dinner. Evening walk through neighborhood or along canal.
Do breathwork and pushups first thing in the morning
