A piece of art, something I have created recently. That day?? Every day something on the alter? Maybe too much pressure to have it constantly new.

Dream journal on the alter? Maybe I place the journal next to my bed and write my dreams, then return the journal to the alter. Read the dreams at night from the alter?

Store scents in a drawer inside the alter. Have a scent on top of the alter. Smell this scent while seated at the alter. Connect with the associated memory.

Place photos. Develop attention for taking, printing, valuing physical photos.
